Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Pick and Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
Pick up from you hotel by our safari guide, drive for Lake Mburo National. You will have a stopover to look at the Royal Drum makers, the Equator for a photographic. Reach lake Mburo in time for lunch. You will reach in the afternoon to have lunch and then proceed for a boat ride on Lake Mburo. This ride will reward you with view of animals like Hippos and crocodiles, as well as birds at the shores. Overnight in Mantana Tented Camp/ UWA Bandas (FB)

Day 2: Boat Ride on Lake Mburo – Bwindi Gorilla Forest
You will have a morning game drive where you will see big herds of zebra, impala, eland and other ungulates. Bird viewing opportunities are excellent – for birders, this is one of the best places to find African fin foot, papyrus bush shrike. With packed Lunch, transfer to Bwindi National Park. Arrival late in the evening.

Day4: Uganda Gorilla Trekking Safari
Early morning have breakfast and assemble at the Uganda wild life authority Bwindi headquarters for registering, get walking sticks and group up for pre-trek briefing, and start the gorilla trek which takes us between 1-6hrs moving through a steeply forested landscape which has incredible dense under growth “an experience of penetrating the impenetrable”.
The experience of tracking and finding these great primates is very, exciting; there are 9 other primate species including chimpanzee, blue monkey, black and white colobus monkey, plus 300 bird species and 200 species of butter flies. Overnight at Gorilla Resort/Buhoma Cammunity Bandas

Day 3: Departure
Have breakfast, and get ready to travel back to Kampala. You will have an enroute lunch and a stopover at the Equator to take some photos, arriving late evening in Kampala late evening.
